Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while ensuring projects stay on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end project delivery, including planning, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare clear and concise project updates, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with internal processes and standards.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and follow through on resolution.
• Facilitate regular project ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Coordinate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams across different time zones.

Must Haves

• Min 3 – 5 years of proven project management experience.
• Min 1 – 3 years of proven experience leading/owning projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and organization skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, translate ambiguity into clear, actionable plans and priorities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, eg: standups, backlog management, release tracking).
• Proficient in Gitlab (or equivalent), and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
• Good understanding of SDLC lifecycle.

Nice to Have

• Foundational technical background – frontend web development, SQL, C++ or any certified coding foundation.
• Experience with AI productivity tools.
• Experience working in remote, global, and cross-functional team environments.
• Prior experience in SaaS environments.

Bonus

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum).
• Exposure to fintech or trading-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to follow European time zone as the main working hours.

Location: Remote, the Project Manager will work on either a virtual machine provided by the company or on a company laptop/PC.
